Covey Run Winery
Located in the Yakima Valley, Covey Run produces a variety including
a Johannisberg Riesling, FumÈ Blanc, Chardonnay and Merlot.
Begun in 1986, Hedges Cellars includes 20 acres of Merlot, 19
acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, and one acre of Cabernet Franc.
Established in 1976 in Prosser, Hinzerling specializes in small
lots of high quality, hand-crafted, table and dessert wines from
both red and white grapes.
Planted in 1983, the Vineyards has grown to 93 acres consisting
of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, syrah, chardonnay,
riesling, and sauvignon blanc. The first vintage was in 1987,
with a production of 800 cases.
