All orders are processed during regular business hours on Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and shipped using the method you have chosen. All orders placed on a Friday evening will not be processed and ready for shipping until the next business day (usually Monday).
Sales tax of 7.5% is applied to all orders shipped in CA.
Payment of local sales tax for internet purchases is the responsibility of the buyer based on their home state guidelines.
Shipping outside the USA is available for an additional $10.00 charge. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D.'s.
All internet orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse.
Cork Pops backs up the quality of all their products. You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase in its original shipping package. Please include a note stating the reason for the return. We offer you three options for returns when returned within 30 days:
1) a "no questions asked" replacement of the product you purchased,
2) a gift certificate/credit covering the value* of your return that may be used to purchase any item(s) we carry,
3) a refund of the purchase price* of the item(s) you purchased. "The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Refund or credit will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only.
