Built into the strainer cap is a stainless breaker bar. As you shake, it smashes the ice against the walls — the drink chills in seconds, and it comes out properly, bitingly cold. Anything chunky stays behind the strainer; the finest shards pour with the drink.

  • Copper and stainless steel. Premium inside and out, with a rubber grip sleeve that insulates your hand from the icy exterior and stops it slipping mid-shake.
