INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Align the tab on the can with the opening in the center of the Draft Top LIFT. Then place the tool down on the can and twist counter-clockwise to lock the tab on the lip of the tool. 2. Squeeze the handles and grip the bottom of the can where it is most firm. 3. Rotate the can counter-clockwise for at least 360 degrees until the can top stops rotating.

Hello, I’m reaching out because I received My draft top 4.0 the other day and I’ve used it four times the first two times it did not cut the lid all the way off the can and left behind sharp piece of metal over a quarter of an inch long and did not grab on to the top of the can so I had to fish it out of my drink the third time I used it It left a sharp edge. and the fourth time it left a sharp edge and did not grab the top so I had to fish it out of my drink yet again also, the QR code on the device does not work. Is this unit defective at this point I am displeased with the device can I get a refund or a replacement?
